Kids Rock Band. All Instruments are welcome! For this session, recommended age is 8-13. This is the “Beginner” Kids Rock Band! Ideal for those who want to learn to rock with others while also being enrolled in private lessons at HVSM.

Each session is 60 minutes.

This is all about jamming and having fun with others. Kids are recommended to be on the primary instruments so they can apply the skills of what they are learning from the private lessons.

Kids will learn and jam on a wide variety of songs from various genres and styles from classic to contemporary. Song suggestions from the students will always be considered and add to the “set list”.

Goals of the Kids Rock Band:

This is a great way to get kids to jamming and playing music together! As a group, they will arrange songs, learn parts on respective instruments and have a blast in the process! They will also write songs as a band!

This also is a great opportunity for students to experiment on instruments other than their primary instrument. Super fun!

These are small group classes. We are limiting this to 6 students per class. This allows for high quality instruction from our experienced faculty. Everyone is required to wear face masks during the session.
